Four colour process
We accept the following files at 300dpi at final size: • .TIF file • .EPS file

Please note: if the image you are sending is not sharp, i.e. pixelated or distorted, it will reproduce in
the same way. Four colour process files are unable to be modified by us. We have no control over the final
print colours. For more information please contact our graphic designers.

Additional charges
Artwork is usually completed within 1 hour, which is included in your set-up fee. However, if artwork
takes longer than this to recreate, an additional flat rate of $65.00 per hour will be added to the normal
set-up charge. If artwork has been recreated in the correct format for printing by us and you wish to have
a copy of that file for other printing purposes, a fee of $35.00 will apply.

When sending artwork by email
When sending us your graphics file please put your name or company name and name of the design in the body
of your email. This helps us match your pending order with the designs. If it is coming direct from a graphics
bureau, please give us the name of the designer. We often have files without names and this holds up all
processes.
